Leïla : My name is Leïla Mauline. I am currently a student. In Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences at Paris-Dauphine. I just finished my first year of the bachelor's degree.
Can you introduce yourself?
Leïla : I did a high school diploma with a specialization in mathematics, physics-chemistry, life and earth sciences, and advanced mathematics.
What does “CEO for a week” means?
Leïla : It's a unique and enriching experience. And a very busy week.
What was your favorite task or activity during this week?
Leïla : I really enjoyed the moments of exchange. Somewhat privileged moments we were able to have with the Excos’.
Which cliché about being a CEO turned out to be wrong?
Leïla : TotalEnergies is not just about oil. There is also this part of renewable energies. And this desire to have a positive impact. In the ecological transition.
Which cliché about being a CEO turned out to be true?
Leïla : It's a very busy daily life and it seems exciting.
If you were the CEO of TotalEnergies, what would be your first decision?
Leïla : To emphasize renewable energies. To emphasize diversity and inclusion.

Leïla : It depends on which branch we are in. But it's about working in the ecological transition. And working towards a better world, on our own scale.
