A Good Place to Work, as Told by Its Employees

Through our Care Together by TotalEnergies program, we guarantee high social standards for all our employees worldwide, regardless of the applicable legislation in their country. This program features a set of tangible measures to help all our employees preserve their balance in a safe and more inclusive working environment. And they are in the best position to talk about it!

Our worldwide Care Together by TotalEnergies program reflects our social responsibility commitment towards our employees. As such, it contributes to our ambition to develop a culture that fosters sustainable development for the benefit of the Company's employees and especially their well-being.

Care Together by TotalEnergies specifically illustrates two of the Company's values, namely Respect for Each Other and Standing Together, which are the driving force for developing a culture where employees care for themselves, their colleagues and the collective.
