Air Liquide will build and operate a hydrogen production unit (SMR) equipped with Cryocap CO₂ capture technology on the Grandpuits platform. The captured CO₂ will be reused in food and industrial applications. Most of the hydrogen produced will be renewable, thanks to the recycling of residual biogas from the Grandpuits biorefinery. The hydrogen will be used mainly by the Grandpuits biorefinery to produce sustainable aviation fuel from biowaste, and will also serve the needs of sustainable mobility in the Île-de-France region.
