Steeve : My name is Steeve Chang. I am a student at the University Paris-Dauphine. I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences and I am 19 years old.
What does “CEO for a week” means?
Steeve : We are present and experiencing the presence of top executives at TotalEnergies.
How would you summarize your experience in a few words?
Steeve: It's rich, short, exhausting, and intense.
What surprised you the most during your week as a CEO?
Steeve: I thought they never joked around, that they were always serious and focused on their work. They have moments to laugh. At other times, they are serious and have to work.
Briefly describe the life of an Exco
Steeve: There are a lot of meetings. A stress that we can't even imagine!
If you were the CEO of TotalEnergies, what would be your first decision?
Steeve: It would be to implement what we are doing today:the "CEO for a week" program. To integrate it further and allow more students to experience this amazing opportunity.
