TotalEnergies in Nigeria

In Nigeria, we have signed an agreement to develop the Katsina 125 MW solar power plant, which will be built in the northwest of the country.

We are also developing rural electrification projects through our affiliate Total Eren (29.6% direct and indirect interest) and its partner Winch Energy, in which it holds a 37.5% stake. Winch Energy specializes in the construction, financing and operation of solar mini-grids with storage in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Lastly, we market solar panels in the country through our affiliate Maxeon Solar Technologies Ltd (36.4%).

In Nigeria, we have a 15% stake in Nigeria LNG, which operates one of the biggest natural gas liquefaction plants in the world, located on Bonny Island on the southern tip of Nigeria. The gas produced by the Nigeria LNG plant is mainly exported to the Middle Eastern and Asian markets, especially India.

We purchase LNG (liquefied natural gas) from Nigeria LNG under long-term supply agreements.

In Nigeria, we hold interests in 33 oil mining leases (OMLs), five of which we operate:

• Onshore OML 58 (40%), which includes the Obagi field, the Ibewa gas field and the Obite gas processing plant.
• Offshore OML 99 (40%), which includes the Amenam-Kpono field, and the Ikike field under development.
• Offshore OML 100 (40%), which includes the Odudu, Afia, Ime and Edikan fields, as well as the floating storage and offloading (FSO) vessel Unity, which receives all oil produced from conventional offshore sites.
• Offshore OML 102 (40%), which includes the Ofon field.
• Offshore OML 130 (24%), which contains the Akpo and Egina fields.

We also have interests in the following:

• The Ekanga field (40%), which is part of OML 102.
• OML 118 (12.5%), which is located in deep offshore territory and includes the Bonga field.
• OML 135 (12.5%).
• OML 138 (20%), which includes the Usan field.
• OML 139 (18%).
• OML 154 (18%), which includes the Owowo field.

Lastly, we also hold a 10% interest in the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) joint venture, which owns 19 OMLs, 16 of which are for onshore sites.

In Nigeria, we have two lubricant blending plants, two product depots and a bitumen depot through our affiliate. We also hold interests in five aviation fuel depots.

In Nigeria, our TotalEnergies Ventures International fund has invested in start-up SHYFT Power Solutions, which provides IoT and software solutions for remotely monitoring and controlling distributed energy resources/mini-grids and improving their performance and operational efficiency.

In Nigeria, we market to our business customers:

• Lubricants.
• Bitumen.
• Aviation fuel.
• Petrochemicals, some of which are sourced from our South Korean joint venture.
• Polymers via traders.

We have a network of close to 580 service stations in Nigeria, where we retail our fuel and products, and offer related services.

In addition, we market distributed solar solutions for low-income communities through our service station network and local resellers. Since the program was launched, over 500,000 solar solutions have been sold, reaching over 2 million people.
