The ambition of the Company and the Refining-Chemicals branch is to produce 1.5 million tonnes of Sustainable Aviation Fuel by 2030, and make the greatest possible contribution to the decarbonization of the aviation sector.

Saft energizes aircrafts

Saft offers safety-critical nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd) and lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, which provide high peak power for starting engines or auxiliary power units, as well as emergency power. Most airliners use Saft solutions, and Saft produces over 400 different battery models to meet virtually every need. Each is optimized in terms of energy and power. These models can be integrated into the electrical architecture of all fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, as well as drones.
