TotalEnergies' Shareholders’ Meeting

The Shareholders' Meeting is a landmark moment of shareholder democracy.

This event provides shareholders with the opportunity to take part in the outstanding Company's decisions and to vote on resolutions.

How do you vote?

You have two options.

• Before the Shareholders’ Meeting:
  • You can vote online via Voteaccess. To do that:
    • If you are a registered shareholder, go to the sharinbox website with your access codes.
    • If you are a bearer shareholder, log in to the platform at the institution where your account is held.
  • You may also vote using the printed form.
    • If you are a registered shareholder: return it to Société Générale Securities Services.
    • If you are a bearer shareholder: return the form to the institution where your account is held.
• If you prefer to vote on the day of the Shareholders’ Meeting by attending in person:
  • Request your admission ticket.
    • You are a registered shareholder, on the Sharinbox website with your access codes.
    • You are a bearer shareholder, via the institution where your account is held on the Votaccess platformor or ask it to your banking advisor.
