Today is the inauguration of the Iron Academy. We offer young people a locksmith and metalwork qualification: learning to work with iron, on orders from public, private and professional customers. We build balconies, railings, chairs… all kinds of metal objects. So gradually our students become first-rate professionals. And we guarantee jobs at the end, with an average of five offers each, which is incredible.

We’ve got this great facility in Stains: the Industreet school, which follows on from écoles de production for 15- to 18-year-olds and takes 18-30s.

L'Industreet is a training center designed to offer free instruction to young people in technical jobs. I am so happy to think that in two years we have taken in 300 students and have 50 graduates, who either have jobs or places on new courses in the fields we offer. I am very proud.
