In Italy, we generate electricity from three windfarms, nine hydropower plants and eight solar power plants through our affiliate Total Eren (29.6% direct and indirect interest).

Our wholly-owned affiliate Saft, which specializes in designing and producing high-tech cells and batteries for industry, has a sales office in Milan.

In Italy, we sell liquefied natural gas (LNG) sourced from our production in Algeria as part of a purchase agreement.

In Italy, we operate (50%) the Tempa Rossa oil field under development in the Basilicata region of southern Italy.We are also conducting exploration operations in other licenses in the Southern Apennines region, including:

• Teana (80%, operator).
• Aliano (60%, operator).
• Fosso Valdienna (83.4%, operator).
• Tempa Moliano (83.4%, operator).
• Serra San Bernardo (13.77%).

In Italy, our wholly-owned affiliate Hutchinson, the leader in elastomers processing and a specialist in sealing, fluids management, anti-vibration systems, and materials and structures (acoustic and thermal insulation), has a plant in the Turin region, which manufactures parts for automotive fluid transfer systems.

In addition, our affiliate Cray Valley, which specializes in hydrocarbon resins, operates a production plant in Ravenna.
Lastly, we have two lubricant blending plants in Massa Carrara and Naples.

In Italy, we provide related services in the energy efficiency market through our wholly-owned affiliate GreenFlex, which offers consulting services to business and industrial customers on energy and environmental performance and the management and financing of energy-intensive assets, in addition to digital-platform-based services.

In Italy, our affiliate AS24, which serves long-haul truckers, is active via a network of nearly 90 partner service stations.
