In Belgium, we operate:

• The Rentel offshore windfarm, featuring 42 wind turbines installed off the coast of Zeebrugge (Flanders) with a capacity of 309 MW.
• A hydropower plant with a capacity of 140 MW.
• An onshore wind turbine with a capacity of 2 MW.
• A combined-cycle gas-fired power plant with a capacity of 381 MW.

In Belgium, we own (100%) a refining and petrochemical complex in Antwerp. This integrated facility is one of the most efficient in Europe and can draw on its proximity to the Vlissingen refinery (55%) in the Netherlands and the Feluy petrochemical facilities to improve synergies by sharing feedstock, power and other products.

The Antwerp complex refines crude oil into gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and kerosene. It has 35 units that produce low-sulfur fuels, biofuels and feedstock (naphtha, butane, aromatics, propylene) for petrochemicals manufacturing. It also has two steam crackers: one for producing ethylene and the other for processing pyrolysis oils from plastic waste to produce recycled polyethylene.

We also operate the Feluy facility south of Brussels, which produces polymers and houses our R&D activities, particularly focusing on polymers and catalysts for base chemical processes. We have:

• A network of six depots that includes the following sites: Feluy, Marly, Wandre, KVC Antwerp, Wierde and Marbehan.
• A 97 km pipeline, with a branch line to the Marly depot, which connects the Antwerp refining and petrochemical complex to the Feluy petrochemical plant.

Lastly, we have a regasification capacity of 2 billion cubic meters per year at the Zeebrugge regasification terminal.

In Belgium, as part of a cooperation agreement signed with several partners, we are examining the prospect of capturing carbon from the flue gases generated by several of the units at our Antwerp refining and petrochemical complex, with a potential of approximately 1.1 million tons of CO₂ a year from 2028/2029.

In Belgium, we market to our business customers:

• Mobility services as part of our Mobility offering with its multi-energy and multi-service card.
• Electric mobility services, with a network of 2,000 charge points installed on our customers' premises.
• Natural gas: serving 49,000 sites.
• Electricity: serving 186,000 sites.
• Home heating oil.
• Automotive, industrial and marine lubricants.
• Aviation fuel.
• Bitumen.
• Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
• Special fluids.
• Petrochemicals, some of which are sourced from our Qatari and South Korean joint ventures.

We have a network of nearly 550 service stations in Belgium, including NGV (natural gas for vehicles) and hydrogen stations, where we retail our fuel and offer related services. We also have 50 fast and ultra-fast charge points, mainly along highways, and we operate the public network of EV charge points in the City of Antwerp. Through our affiliate Lampiris, we also supply natural gas to 341,000 residential customers and electricity to 494,000.
