TotalEnergies is a 62% shareholder in East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP), which is responsible for the pipeline project that will transport crude oil produced from the development of oil resources in Lake Albert, Uganda, to the port of Tanga in Tanzania. 80% of the pipeline is located in Tanzania, as is the storage and loading terminal in Tanga.
