Conversion of ADRs into Ordinary Shares listed on the NYSE

The Company’s Board of Directors approved the project to convert American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) into ordinary shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The conversion is expected to become effective as of December 8, 2025. This is a key step to simplify access to the securities and support TotalEnergies’ international momentum.
