2025 Shareholders’ Meeting

The combined Shareholders' Meeting of TotalEnergies was held on Friday May 23, 2025, at the Company's headquarters under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné. Shareholders adopted all the resolutions approved by the Board of Directors.

The Shareholders' Meeting is a key moment in the life of our Company, a time for direct dialogue with our 1.8 million individual shareholders. Since 1924, TotalEnergies has been patiently building a history that has shaped our shared values. They continue to guide us in our daily actions to meet the challenges we face.
