Dear Sir, dear Madam,

You are shareholder of TotalEnergies and we thank you for your trust.

As such, you are privileged witnesses to the company’s performance, which is reflected in particular by a share price multiplied by 2 since the end of 2020 and by a dividend growing by 30% since 2015, a dividend which has never declined for more than forty years, including during the Covid period.

TotalEnergies is facing a campaign led by some activists who are calling in particular to vote against the renewal of term of your Chairman and CEO, Patrick Pouyanné, and against the renewal of Jacques Aschenbroich, Lead Independant Director.

Therefore, in order to support the successfully implemented strategy, it is important that you vote – or give power of attorney to a named person to do so – at the next Shareholders’ Meeting which will take place on May 24th.
